Recruiter reached out to me to set up an initial interview. She then didn't show up to the scheduled time and rescheduled. Again did not show up. She then called me out of the blue as if we had a time scheduled and when I told her I couldn't talk then she rescheduled for a future date. I should've known after the 2nd no show that she was playing games with me and her numbers of KPI's. Especially when she called me out of the blue. Finally she showed up to the about the 4th time we tried to schedule and after 10 minutes of an obvious no interest from her, she told me I did not meet the minimum qualifications for the position which she obviously already knew from looking at my resume. Such a waste of time. If I was currently working during this period I would be fuuuurious about all the wasted time. All in all, if they ghost your first interview rescind your application or you will be sent on a pointless hunt.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gopuff
Interview
Pretty straightforward based on the product team. Three to four rounds including case study presentation and final panel round. The assignment might change based on the role being applied for. Team fit is highly valued.

Why Gopuff? What projects have you worked on in the past?
The interview process was quick and relatively easy. It was done remotely, and you are given an answer in a second phone call/email. Final interview conducted on site with manager, a bit redundant, but you get to see your potential work environment.
