Interview
7 interviews in total, they moved me towards a different position without asking/informing me and also ghosted me after the last round. I spent so much time preparing doing my best, moving to the last round for a position I didn’t apply for and then I got ghosted. Completely ridiculous company

Questions on my experience and fit to the company, kpis, responsibilities

Interview
This company has WeWork scam vibes...
I applied online, spoke to an internal recruiter and then had 30 minute interviews with the hiring manager + team members. The interviews were too short for any substantive discussion, but I felt like I was building momentum.
I was then given a presentation exercise emailed at 5pm on a Friday and due at 9am the following Monday with no advance notice. I gave up my entire weekend to complete the assignment + then presented it to a panel including the hiring manager + the manager's boss a few days later.
After all that time/effort, I heard....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No feedback + my follow ups were met with no response. They completely ghosted, which told me all I need to know about working there. They're hiring at a rapid pace without clear responsibilities, so you can bet they will fire people just as quickly.
These guys have raised/burned billions in VC cash, but it's already evident how dysfunctionally they operate. We've all seen how this story plays out with other SoftBank backed toxic companies like WeWork, Uber, etc...I hope they go public so we can short-sell their shares.

Interview
Applied online and received and invitation for a phone screening a few days later. The recruiter was nice and gave a good overview of the position. They were also transparent with salary and work hours as well as future growth within the company. Awaiting further steps.
