I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HomeGoods
Interview
Pretty simple standard boring interview, they are probably trying to weed out weirdos, although they sure hired plenty. They at least try to get a feel if you would be better working in the back or face to face with customers. Had an initial interview with an assistant manager and a follow up with store manager, though they were redundant. They ask you to tell them about yourself. They asked how long you plan to work there because they don't want to train someone who will not be there very long.

Question 1
Nothing difficult or unexpected about this interview. I would say just be yourself, because if they don't like you and your personality you will not enjoy working there anyway.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HomeGoods in May 2012
Interview
Interview was easy but the store was very busy. I went on time but no one really knew what to do with me. Finally a manager took me to near some towels in the store and asked me a few easy questions. I didnt like that customers were walking around where I was being interviewed.
