Interview
Structured interview. They ask questions based on past work experiences. The interview is very difficult if you do not prepare for it. They ask around 7-9 questions. Must have a beginning, middle, and an end for all answers. You interview with the store manager and HR manager, which can be rather intimidating if you are new to the process. Overall I had a great experience with he interview.

Interview
I read the job description. I was asked 9 official questions for a 45 minute interview. The HR manager and store manager alternated questions while taking notes. I was given time at the end of the interview to ask questions. We had great discussion for around 15 minutes. I was told I would receive a call in 3 days. I was offered the job in 2 days.
