I applied for the job online and received an offer for interview within a week. My interview was booked for 8 days after.
The job was part of the Powys Teaching Health Board based in Llanishen.
I was greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly, she showed me to a back room where I completed a very simple 2 part Excel test.
The interview was great, I was interviewed by a manager and another member of staff. It was a simple interview based around administration and organisation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Oct 2015

Online application via NHS jobs - basic questions, employment history and supporting statement. Short-listed for an interview. Interview with trial manager and overall manager. Interview was made up of a series of knowledge and competency based questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Lincoln, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was an informal chat with 2 cardiac physiologists. The interview lasted around 20 minutes, with soft skill based questions (i.e. what would you say is your biggest strength? Describe yourself in 3 words etc.) and plenty of on the job scenario based questions.
I wasn't offered the role but after receiving feedback from the interview, I was told that I interviewed very well however other candidates had more experience in the area.
