Prologis interview questions

They only recruit candidates that meet the DEI requirement, and pick the most DEI candidate of that pool. They wasted my time doing multiple interviews for weeks, only to to ghost me and then come back a month later to say I did not get the role. Horrible experience and disorganized company.

Interview process was good. Team was very knowledgable and engaging. The team dived into program management experience and methodologies used. Overall the experience went well and the team culture and environment seemed very positive.
