positive, professional and transparent, questions were mostly focused on soft skills, fit, and personality, with a few technical question about macro factors, capital markets, and asset class. Did not get the offer but was a positive experience

Question 1
current interest rate environment and affects on cap rates
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prologis (Miami, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Recieved an email for a phone interview about a week after I applied. Call with recruiter went well, it felt more like a conversation than your typical recruiter screening and she was very knowledgeable about the local market. I then had a Zoom interview followed up with an in person interview with the leadership team. Lengthy process due to the holidays, but the recruiter regularly checked in with updates and gave me a call with personalized feedback when I was not selected. Not the outcome I was hoping for but it was such a great experience and I would be happy to be considered in the future.

Question 1
Walk me through your leasing and large scale transaction expereince in the market
Friendly, reasonable. They asked standard behavioral interview / walk-me-through-your-cv type questions. I had 2 or 3 interviews with them before they ghosted me, which I guess happens with internships/jobs but still wish there was more communication.
