I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
First you start off with a video interview, next comes a phone interview, then the last is an in person. It's a very simple process. However the video interview is a little awkward.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Manipal) in Jan 2016
Interview
My interview process was good, it was an on campus internship offer for the 8 semester students which may/may not convert into a full-time employment. Initially all the interested students whose CGPA above 7 have applied for the offer by submitting the resume, that was supposedly the first round of elimination hardly 10 people are shortlisted (only me from my branch Instrumentation and Control engineering). My interview was taken on Skype. A senior technical analyst of company have taken it.I was asked a few technical questions and my ongoing project, self introduction and finally my interests in the job. Why? A HR round was followed for the further shortlisted students and the offer letters were given.
