Interview
First, I had a short phone screening with HR, where they asked about my availability, customer-service experience, and interest in TD. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview at the branch with the hiring manager. The manager introduced the branch environment, explained the day-to-day responsibilities of a bank teller, and then asked several behavioral questions using the STAR format.

The recruiter was very friendly. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, I could be myself. I felt at ease. The first round was over Teams. I then went into the bank to interview with my manager. Also a great experience!
