TD Contact Center Representative interview questions

I had my 1st phone interview with HR. It is very easy and I did not get an offer because it is just the 1st interview. After a few questions and told me about the job description and salary expectations. I was invited for the 2nd video interview.

1. Phone Screening: The initial phone screening focused primarily on my resume and background. The recruiter asked questions based on my experience, including why I applied for the position and how my past roles align with the responsibilities of the role. 2. Virtual Call: The next step was a virtual interview, where the focus shifted to behavioral questions. The interviewer asked situational questions about handling difficult customer interactions, demonstrating teamwork, and showcasing problem-solving skills.
