TD Contact Center Representative interview questions

After applying online, I received an email explaining that I should click on a link to take an online test about customer services, selling credit cards among other bank topics. After this test, I received another email schedulling a phone interview.

people are very nice the recruiters know what they are doing They are very polite at first it’s a call then it’s a webinar due to covid i did it online. They were very friendly and organized.
