The interview was a two stage process and the first stage was mainly about current experience and knowledge on the financial services
All new grads and coops get invited into Connection night, the they scheduled the interview the next day. They also pick students on the night if it's a good fit and add them to the interview list.
There was a phone screening, virtual interview, and an on-site day of 3+ interviews. I received the offer the day following the in-person day. The onsite interviews were back to back, 45 minute one-on-ones with a different hiring manager in each session.
