H.R. conducted interview with assistant store manager. Interview consisted of discussion of my background experience, why changing jobs, motivation, why was i choosing walmart, skills and abilities nasally to perform job, promotion possibilities, benefits

The interview process started off well, but then faced significant delays in getting the actual interviews scheduled. One observation was that almost all the interviews were unstructured (maybe that's the way they do it), hence it was difficult to gauge how you performed. Did not receive the post-interview feedback by the promised date and got a very delayed response after a lot of follow-up. HR team needs to get their act together if they want to attract quality candidates. Timely communication is the key.
