Interview
It is a 4-stage process. HR Screen, then Hiring Manager, then meet with the team, and then meet with the Directors. It is a really relaxed and simple experience, they are focused on how well you can get along with the team and blend in to the culture

The interview process was straightforward and low-stress. After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview at the store. The interview itself was short—about 15 to 20 minutes—and focused mostly on basic customer-service questions, availability, and why I was interested in the position.
The manager was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role, the schedule expectations, and what training would look like. There were no tricky questions or assessments. I heard back fairly quickly afterward with the next steps. Overall, the process was simple, organized, and easy to navigate.
