Very minimal process just over the phone. Very simple and easy questions to answer. Having the interview over the phone allows for flexibility if you are currently employed. Super straightforward.
Quick, easy, no hard questions. The woman who interviewed me was very kind and polite, and offered me the job on the spot. It was more her explaining the position that asking me a lot of questions.
