I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Williston, VT) in Feb 2013
Interview
First you'll have an interview with the personnel manager, if you pass it you'll have an interview with a customer service or assistant manager. Sometimes they'll have you do an interview with the store manager but they didn't do that with me, then the store manager is supposed to do your job offer (he was off during my interview).
The actual interview consists of your typical behavioral interview questions (i.e. describe a time when you had to compromise with your co-workers, describe a time you had to deal with someone who was very angry) you'll get a virtually identical set of questions in your first and second interviews to be honest I couldn't even note any slight differences in the questions asked in the first and second interview.

Question 1
Describe a time you got someone to do something your way (Paraphrasing but that was the general gist of the question)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (El Centro, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
I made my online application on a Sunday, by Thursday got a call from the store, asking me if I could attend for an interview the following day. the interview was straight forward, I believe I didn't have to impress them, just by going I already had the job (sort of). The same day I was sent to a clinic to take the drug test and I was told they would call me as soon as they have the drug test and background check results, they say "probably on Monday". The following Monday came, and went, and I received no call, I waited until Wednesday to call them. The personnel agent told me that my results were back, that everything was OK, that the Personnel Office was waiting to reclute more people so we could begin with Orientation, I was told that probably I would receive a call a couple of days later. Well, almost a week has passed since that call, and i have not received anything from them, a call, email, nothing. I call again, and i was told in a somewhat rude way that I had to wait, didn't said how long, just wait. So, I'm waiting

Question 1
I tried to prepare the best I could to impress my interviewer, but as I mentioned before, it wasn't necessary. The question were pretty simple, regarding my past work experience. Nothing fancy like "Why Walmart?, What are your weaknesses?", etc
