An initial 30 minutes telephone interview which goes through questions such as conflict resolution between colleagues, why you are leaving your current employer and why you want to work for Walmart

2 Phone Interviews with multiple District Pharmacy Managers. Preliminary interview and then Second Interview with two more District Managers. Then another Followup interview the district Manager over the Store I was applying for. The initial interview was simple and seemed to be a personality screening interview. The second group phone interview was grueling. It lasted for one hour and thirty minutes.
