Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

I was interviewed by the Assistant Store Manager, HR Manager, and Department Manager. The interview questions were difficult for me. Example: Rules to be followed are important for the safety of customers and employees, tell about a time that you didn't follow the rules? Tell us about a rule you disagreed? Tell us about the time you had to speed up your process to meet a goal and how you did it? Serving the needs of the customer is very important, give us an example of how you want beyond what was required to serve the needs of a customer?
