I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
Straight forward questions and clear and timely communication. At the end of the interview the recruiter explicitly said they were very interested and would be in touch. After a few days I had not heard and reached out and never received a response. I sent on final thank you later and was instead contacted by another recruiter with a job highly unrelated to my interests and with a much lower pay bracket. Understandable to try to fill a role but it left a weird impression to me given the statements of the first recruiter.
