I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
After application, I got an automatic email with a HackerRank-kind-of-thing evaluation. An HR emailed me about a week after I completed it, and I scheduled a short phone interview with her (the earliest available slot was a month later, her calendar was so filled!). The phone interview was a regular behavioral one, and the HR said she would forward my resume to their engineers for review. I got rejected a day later.
To Wayfair: Please do not schedule a behavioral interview before the applicant's resume has been reviewed by a professional. What a waste of both of our time.

Question 1
Describe a circumstance where you had to collaborate with other people. Followup: what's a difficulty you encountered and how did you solve it?
I got one phone interview last October with HR and one hour screen interview to solve coding design problem, then got the offer last December.
I did not have onsite interview, not sure about it.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
The interview process for Wayfair was streamlined and effective. I was sent a coding challenge to complete independently, then I was contacted about scheduling a phone interview. That was about half an hour of interviewing for culture fit, and we ended by scheduling my technical interview. The technical interview was over a live video call and coding platform. I was given guidelines for one class to create ahead of time, and the interviewer had me make modifications to that class and test them in real time. None of the questions required extremely specialized algorithms or data structures; they were targeted at identifying thinking and coding style rather than experience.

Question 1
Modify your code so that you store every data point related to a class element rather than just storing the average. Print all of the data.
