the LEGO Group Manager interview questions

The interview process was amazing. Very well structured and communicative. LEGO really does take it seriously in making people comfortable during the process. HR manager and HR colleagues gave feedback about the interviews 1-2 days after. HR manager and team member were also very nice, informative, and clear about what they were looking for the position. 1st interview with HR manager; 2nd interview with Hiring manager and team member; 3rd interview with HR manager, Hiring manager and Director of the group. Call with the offer made by the hiring manager.

First round interview was a screening call with a talent interview: general experience questions, technical skills checklist Second round interview with the Director of the team and another colleague from the team. Mix of behavioral/experience/motivation questions, as well as more technical questions related to the role. Final round was with the team's director and another senior colleague. I was sent 3 datasets and a list of questions 3 days before my interview. I was asked to model the data and create a report that answered the questions asked. The interview was 1.5 hours, with 1 hour discussing the modelling task, and a further 30 minutes for more behavioral/fit questions.
