I applied in-person. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Monterrey, Nuevo León) in May 2015
Interview
The process of the interview was very long and confused they are very bureaucratic for any kind of process, they takes along time, and they book you a lot of personal interviews
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Enfield, CT) in Jan 2016
Interview
BIZARRE. The whole experience was strange, which I am not surprised since their latest news of not profiting and laying people off DURING my itv process. The entire process to get to the final round took 2 months which included a 2 hour presentation. One of the hiring managers from social media was a grumpy guy who talked the whole time and never listened. They make you take a 300 question work personality assessment which was completely inaccurate - then they grill you about your personality from the false assessment. The kicker - to tell me that I didn't get the job, they emailed me asking a time to talk about an update with the role, so I was so excited thinking i got it. then once on the phone, she tells me that I didn't get the job and wanted to give feedback. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Do they not realize how misleading an email in the morning is??? The HR dept here is a joke. horribly run and its no wonder why this place is failing. Still can't believe they are hiring during a layoffs. TERRIBLE management. Run away from this place
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Sep 2015
Interview
Long, with a panel and took a long time to get three people in a room. Interviews were fun though and based on personality test taken. That was about it.
