I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
Good interview process that included 3 stages and a code challenge. Communication was fast and clear. I did not feel frustrated at any moment of it. The only con is that the projects are confidential so there is a limited amount of information given about them while interviewing, which is understandable.

Question 1
Questions about software, working practices and "how would you handle this scenario" kind of things.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Kopenhagen, Region Hovedstaden)
Interview
1st step: Initial contact on linkedIn
2nd step: Interview with manager + developer containing various tech & personality questions
3rd step: Coding challenge
4th step: Coding challenge presentation/review & final interview
The interview process was fully remote (perhaps due to corona). It was one of the points that made me a bit unsure, as I wasn't able to visit the office and get any personal impressions before accepting. But it's Lego, so I accepted anyway! :)
The interviews had a friendly atmosphere, with the immediate manager and 1 developer, as well as the recruiter. Just be yourself!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Nov 2021
Interview
I first had a short call with the recruiter where I heard a bit more about the practicalities and recruitment process, the company and the new office in Copenhagen. Then I was invited for a technical interview (where I had to complete a test before) and after a soft skills interview. In between these stages I was also informed that I would proceed to the next one.
