Cons

Upper Management does not have a pulse of whats going on in the stores. Relations with the FZs are at an all time low. They have taken all creativity away from this position.

Flexible scheduling within the 24 hour day, lots of room to customize your store to meet your customer's demands

Cons

Lack of support from almost all areas of the company. Employees are paid minimum wage yet expected to run the store as if they were a Store Manager. Mind-numbing daily workload that is supposed to be delegated out to minimum wage workers so the manager can be "a manager" which doesn't fit within the parameters of the payroll budget.
