Pros

1. Fully flexible working hours 2. There is almost little to no intervention by management, and interns are expected to directly coordinate with their mentors 3. I was given full access to one of their robots

Cons

There is no actual research going on in ABB India Everything is a gimmick and the employees are highly fatigued and frustrated to provide any actual help to the interns I wasn't assigned any project for 2 weeks after I joined the company and after continuously nagging my Project Manager, I was asked to single-handedly revive a dead project with no resources or guidance from my mentor. Other co-interns had similar experience.
