Pros

Not existing! Not existing ! Nothing at all!

Cons

Worst company to work especially as a first job. You are considered as a slave rather than a human being. You have to work with senior psychopath who can destroy you in a couple of months. Management people give a lot of confidence to the elders and almost never listen to the new ones. Seniority can be a major asset in discrediting new talent facing former authoritarian colleagues.
