Pros

Initially, you get a lot of training to prepare for your role. There is room for growth in this location. They believe in work/life balance, so you get great time-off and benefits.

Cons

There are times during the year where it can be really busy, which leads to a lot of overtime. There is blockout times between late October through March. No room to negotiate entry level pay rate.

Pros

A very balanced schedule and good work/life balance. It is decent starting pay, but I haven't been here long enough to know about the actual pay raises and how they work. It seems there are a lot of opportunities to grow and branch out within the company and receive promotions, but that is also because the company is growing rapidly in the Tempe, AZ branch, so it could change a lot when things slow down.

Cons

It is never fun being on phones and dealing with sometimes rude clients. It is a customer job regardless of the training you go through and the fact you are working with HR professionals. There is a blackout period when you can't take off during December and January which is tough with the holidays and supposedly stuck in your starting role for 18 months until you can move to another position or get promoted.
