Good Company Culture with room for growth

Cons

Often overwhelmed and overworked with the expectation to carry on your coworkers case load when they are out sick, on leave, on PTO. Always required to answer department phone and help others clients outside of your individual team; regardless of your own client needs and case load. So you will be spread very thin.
