      Pros

      They are a great company with brand recognition. There truly is no other company that can do what ADP does for the back office of companies. They one of few AAA rated companies.

      Cons

      They are a big company and move really slow on many things.

      Pros

      Stable company. They really give you the tools to do your job. Great to work for if you are performing at high standards. Great employee benefits, 401K with match, car allowance, pension plan, medical & dental. Amazing trips for high sales. ADP looks great on your resume.

      The pressure is intense. The stress level is high. It's what have you done for me lately!!

      Tremendous company to work for but don't expect to be a lifer

      Pros

      Tremendous training program and a great atmosphere (except if you're female) definitely a work hard/play hard environment. The company is very involved as far as giving you tools to improve your skill set and running either office-based trainings or formal corporate trainings. Management takes suggestions and genuinely listens to these recommendations. Its not unheard of to get face time with corporate employees when they are in-town.

      Cons

      At times you can be stuck with regards to career advancement. While there is tremendous opportunity within the many areas of ADP to work unless you are willing to move you can fall into a trap where you are not able to get promoted simply because positions don't open up all the time. The base salary should be higher relative to peers that do similar types of sales.
