      The company has many great professionals to work with, and many are great team players, knowledgeable and supportive.

      Pros

      Potential for growth in the telecommunications industry and a good place to start a career or transition to a new one.

      Cons

      Management needs to be better organized prior to hiring new contractors and include ethics training to avoid potential HR hazards. Early team divisiveness was a result of lack of defined leadership, failed ownership of escalation issues, and allowing team members to develop separate identities and goals.

      Pros

      - training and benefits are above average - some parts of the company are very agile - flexible work schedules - big potential and scale of sales

      Cons

      - antiquated processes and product planning - seems like people keep getting promoted/not fired and moved around to different roles - sr mgmt not well-informed, not strategic - in some businesses, they are going to have their lunch eaten

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are A+!!! Products are innovative, technology is number one to this company, and it shows. In a sales position, it truly is an advantage to work for a company who is typically on the competitive edge.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth, depending on where you enter. Union B.S. really gets in the way, with a lot of red tape that simply prohibits the ebb and flow of rewarding people for simply stagnating and rewarding it with "seniority".
