Pros

Working for AT&T is very nice as long as you get promoted from their call center position. So get in through call center and make yourself a career

Cons

Getting promoted from craft to management is kind of hard, its who you know regardless of the college degree you may possesed

Pros

Very laid back atmosphere. I feel like you can relax when you know that you have little room for advancement so that my contribute to it.

Cons

Like I mentioned, little room for advancement. Also feel a generally outdated consumer culture so that is kind of surprise of an alleged cutting edge tech company

Pros

pay is fair for not really needing too much experience to be able to do the job, the health insurance was great at first and now seems to be more expensive.

Cons

angry customers, absolutely inadequate information systems, people say work smarter or work harder... get ready to work harder, even if you earn days off with pay you cannot take them unless you schedule them way far in advance, don't expect to call in sick and take one.
