Pros

- Bonuses if you know how to play the system. - Benefits

Cons

- No work life balance at all. What is family? What is life? You will belong to Amex - Schedules are terrible - Too many KPI's to keep up with - You always will feel that you are either being watched - You will be reciting foreclosures in your sleep. So many and too long. - There is never a time where you will see consistency in American Express. Leaders are always being switched out, positions changing. - You have to memorize every product for the most part in order to be good at your job. - Remote workers do not have any opportunity to grow in the company. If you want to grow you will need to work onsite.
