Pros

Decent snacks. Food credit is nice. Products/services are cool to work with/for. Work life balance was good

Cons

Performative culture improvement initiatives that leaders encourage entry-level employees to lead/solve low-employee morale. Pay did not increase with company profits increasing. Amex saw record year after record year and nothing trickled down to entry-level employees. Growth for development is very limited, political and definitely not based on merit. Office is in a really bad place as well.
