      Pros

      Good place to develop your career. Easy to climb up position if you are interested on it. Excellent co-workers, the best of the company. Possibility to work on the night shift to earn 50% more. Entertaining and relatively easy job. Perfect for first timers.

      Cons

      Not for you if you are sensible, you may see content that is not for everyone easy to see. Uncertainty about your contract being renewed. Rotating shifts.

      *No matter what you do, your work will not be rewarded !! * Worst salaries in berlin, doesn't matter your position. *Management is a joke *your opinion as an employee will never matter * no free drinks or snacks *shift plans are a disaster.
