- great colleagues - good working conditions - relaxed work atmosphere

Cons

- pay is lower than market average - far too high variable pay, almost 33% - no clear direction for personal growth - constant flux in the higher management leaves no time for ideas to come to life as they keep changing with new management

Salary is always on time, a possibility to get extra bonus, international environment, free fruits, social services for people (psychologists, counseling), job is not stressful and pretty simple (depending on market you are working in).

Cons

Low salary, short term contracts, ''call center'' atmosphere, and the most importantly - you can always feel like company doesn't care much about people since they can be replaced easily. That is why it's difficult to combine job with studies/courses or make any kind of changes, complains.
