      HR is the king

      Pros

      - Work life balance - flexible working hours - If you don't consider for career advancement, here maybe a good place for you to layoff.

      Cons

      - bad increments - very politic ... If HR like you, you can get a lot of promotion / increments ... on the other way, if HR don't like you, they will force you to leave the company with tons of "activity" - The KPI is never align with how business need and it set by HR, but, HR is never run with business ... - in 5 years time, change of 3 Operation Manage (which is consider as Senior Management). And, this impact so much on day to day business - You can only get promotion when you are good enough (be friend) with HR - HR will use all the social media to observe your activity ...

      Poor and Biased Management Team

      Pros

      The company has all sorts of benefit and as long as someone show disatisfaction to HR or Finance that other company can do better, the company will give more. If you are planning for a job here you won't be disappointed.

      Cons

      The management is poor and biased towards employees that are willing to say good things about the company (regardless true or not), this is how they win all sorts of HR awards by selecting friendly employees to do the feedback survey. The management will not hassitate to ask someone to leave with all sorts of lame excuses, if they think you can't be their friend. But as a member of management can be caught with serious wrong doing and be forgiven without any apology or reason needed. If someone from Arvato Systems DE is looking at this message, something is seriously wrong with your Global Delivery in Malaysia, please dig deeper as your senior management is painting you a nice cover.

      Pros

      - work with Google products, tools, PC - perks (free snacks for the fastest people in canteen) - pension&health insurance (after completion of 6 months of probationary period) - quaterly bonus (max. 4% of salary) based on performance

      Cons

      - dilettante management (especially Operation Leads) who is constantly demotivating employees - non-transparent system of promotion (better jobs are for ''very close friends'' of TeamLeaders/Operations Lead only) - low salary and low bonus - more strict criteria for bonus (targets getting more difficult to reach, min. 98% of performace for getting a bonus)
