      Pros

      work from home flexible timings No dress code

      Cons

      No proper management of work, they can put you in any technology. Everything is controlled from Germany. Bonus depends on billable hours and you are responsible even you don't get billable hours. Interview process is very tough but work given is very basic work.

      Pros

      Good environment, nice people, a lot of trainings, good pay.

      Cons

      Not much career growth as the hierarchy is flat. One director, one manager and the rest are just consultants. Managements are always out for training, as if they are hired to attend training. More like a job for those who are near to retirement age, as most of the time are doing maintenance and support.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere Multi-cultural Work hard and play hard mentality Career progression paths for those with good political skills.

      Cons

      Non-meritocracy - it can be difficult to get your hard work recognised, as immediate management control performance reviews and work statistics (error counts etc.). The company tries it's best to use these statistics when deciding who should be promoted, but when they are often doctored at source (errors are not as strictly recorded), friends of managers and those of the same nationality of managers/seniors are often chosen over better candidates.
