      It is an easy job, no need to put much of brain work.

      Cons

      No career path. Very bad management, basically they don't care about anything. High turnover rate. Very low salary.

      Enough days of vacation, multinational team, benefits such as transport ticket and discounts for products

      Cons

      There are many job offers inside but at the end it all depends if your boss likes you or not, at least in the project I worked at (social media content moderation). Too much pressure on people. The salaries in this project were really low. Shifts were awful, no life compatibility
