International team. The new canteen.

Cons

Terrible management - some couldn’t care less and there is 0 communication. Awful salary - basically minimum wage. 1k after tax a month. Bonus is never correctly paid. Always have to bargain with the managers to get what you actually deserve and worked for. Managers stick together. Promotion only if you’re friends with the right people, not based on talent at all. Steal money from you!!! - I built up a large amount of overtime, which they refused to pay me when I left. 2 years of good service to the company and nothing in return. Tools / software never functioning consistently.

Micromanagement by team leads changing incentive schemes to make it difficult to achieve your bonuses Incredibly low wages No flexibility, if you're feeling sick, they make you feel really bad about it. Internal promotions always went to friends, we had team members who were 10x more experienced and knowledgeable who didn't get the role. Lack of empathy from management had a bike accident and team lead asked if I would arrive in the next 10 minutes rather than ask if okay or needed to go for medical attention. Not much room for growth or opportunities.
