Pros

- Nice Google Office. - Multinational, young environment. - Free cold snacks (cutlets, sandwiches, salads, fruits, etc) - Opportunity to learn some of Google's internal processes.

Cons

Mentioning only the main ones (as there are just way too many): - Arrogant management not carrying about employees' professional growth. - No clear carrier path. - No time for self development, not even for mandatory training (which would be necessary for everyone to do their job properly). - Lack of proper IT infrastructure (most of the agents work on useless Chromeboxes or broken laptops). - Low salary + no raise (neither yearly, nor for seniors). - Stupid and counter-productive bonus scheme. - No money for team building activities at all. - Ridiculous and low-quality company events. - Lack of proper communication by management. - Higher and higher turn-over rate. - Top and senior management is mostly hired by inviting each other from previous companies. - No company culture, no identity. - High level of everyday stress and frustrations due to constant headcount issues affecting ALL markets. - High workload and impossible targets. - Quality Analysts do not speak your language properly (as the company rather hire 1 analyst for 2-3 markets to spare money on this, too). - Lack of motivation from bottom to top levels. - High risk of quick burnout. - It is pure outsourcing, so all bad news are presented as counterpart's decision. - Incompetent and overwhelmed HR and Recruitment.

Pros

The only pros are snacks (but only provided in certain offices) and nice co-workers.

Cons

Completely target-driven company, your every mistake is analysed and discussed into absurd detail, when probably the main reason for it is boredom from the monotonous, mechanical work. If you're only a minute late three times you are invited for a meeting. Every time you're sick they want to know what your problem was (which seems to me like privacy violation) and make you sign a statement. You feel like a cyborg there and not human.

Pros

The environment is quite fun, most of the employees are quite young (between 25 and 35) and friendly, which makes Arvato a nice place to work.

Cons

The career opportunities within the company are very limited. Arvato can be a good ramp-up for workers with very few experience but most of the people leave after 1 year or 2.
