      Pros

      One of the best companies I ever worked for. They are very developer centric with high standards and constantly working to improve their processes and developers. The developers are very supportive each other and are eager to share information and experience in order to help others improve themselves. They also do a good job of shielding the developers from the business interactions with the client so that the developers can concentrate on their work.

      Pros

      Excellent duty of care for the employee. arvato constantly looks for entrepreneurship and empowers people well. Benefits and career advancement opportunities are second to none.

      Cons

      The desire and need to comply with client's requirements sometimes interferes with good employment practices. Because of the high demanding nature of its client base, arvato is sometimes micromanaged to a halt.
