      I was working there for almost 2 years and was very good experience, multicultural team, nice people, The management is alright in general.

      Cons

      Some targets are difficult to achieve. No many options for carear path. It's difficult to get permanent contract. Few flexibility on working hours.

      Pros

      The plant is a very clean environment and the work is not very difficult. The working conditions are good and employee benefits are good.

      Cons

      The downturn in business due to illegal music, movie, and game downloads had severely hurt this business and has caused numerous layoffs. There is not much future with this company.
