      Pros

      Employees were occasionally given small gifts from the company, like notepads, water bottles, chocolates etc. Consistent pay. Compliance with labor law requirements.

      Cons

      Unqualified and often agressive management. Lack of attentivness to the different situations, problems employees may experience. Overall atmosphere was intese and unwelcoming, mostly as a result of the approach to employee treatment by lower management staff.

      Pros

      It is a job with pay, well, some pay. Some fantastic international people do find their way to the company.

      Cons

      Unless you are a male German, there are very few opportunities to work your way up. They do not pay well while the expectations are high. You are just a number to them or an asset within a project, nothing more.

      Pros

      You can meet nice people from all walks of life. The payment never got in late. There are opportunities if you want to climb the ladder.

      Cons

      There is no proper appraisal system, Turnover is very high, so building a strong team is very difficult. Management does not deal with issues such as sexual harassment and stuff. Management does not keep promises.
