Chinese mostly control the management and most of lead and crucial positions so if you are not Chinese Malaysian or Chinese you may find it hard to get up the ladder. No clear path for promotion or ladder , no clue for more interracial integration , most of decision not at Malaysia side but by German team in Germany

Management is terrible. The staff are over-worked and underpaid. There are far too many bad practices happening that would result in a major client loss. There is no support shown to the employees.
