      Pros

      If you're a favourite you can show up late or not at, call avoid, or use you phone/swear on the call floor. Certain campaigns get a 1 hour lunch. Most people are off on Saturday or do a 4 hour shift.

      Cons

      Multiple staff were fired for being off sick with a genuine medical condition. Different standards for different employees. Payroll usually messes up your payslip. Management doesn't care about you're mental or physical health. HR systems and all other IT systems don't really work. Misogynistic, Racist, anti-Semitic, Homophobic, Sexually Suggestive, and Fat Shaming comments are tolerated if not accepted.
