Nice colleagues, flexible starting time in the morning, flexible breaks
Cons
Management did not communicate with employees, raised issues were not taken seriously or fixed, employee opinions were not valued, issue of sexual harassment from manager to one of my colleagues was raised with HR and dismissed by them instantly without investigation, protection of incompetent people over people who are proactive and hardworking, no career opportunities except for team lead position, employ anyone based on language they speak no matter their skills
