      Good place could be great if not for bad mid level manager in the MRG

      Pros

      Very good vacation accrual, although the wages were a little bit in the low to low average range. 8 to 10 hours per pay

      Cons

      Manager did not process or discipline problem employees and instead shuffled them to different locations. This does not solve the problem, it moves it...Yes I realize this seems obvious.

      Pros

      benefits are decent, not great, but decent It's conveniently located almost outside of the city so the commute is reasonable without fighting a lot of city traffic Pay is competitive with other institutions

      Cons

      Inept management all the way around Middle management seems much more concerned with covering their own butts that they are willing to throw good people under the bus when something compromises the way they look to senior management Parking on site used to be decent, now it is a nightmare
