- Teamspirit (it’s tough but you got to make the best of it) - Home Office days - BVG Ticket

Cons

- the new CEO & current Management Team - the company has become very corporate and lost the true meaning & spirit of a music company - no more USP - Salary (definitely underpaid and not enough to deal with the inflation) - all teams are understaffed and overworked - employees don‘t feel valued and seen - Office Situation - Vacation days less than other companies within the business - Working from other EU countries for a specific time is not possible - Sabbatical = unpaid & uninsured leave

Nice atmosphere in the team, Diversity across the whole company, Growing company, Interestin industry, Nice office in the heart of Berlin, Deutschland ticket, Urban aports and headspace memberships

Cons

No flexibility to work from anywhere, Salaries below average In the past year, all company events took place in the offices, which is a little bit disappointing, the transparency in the communication is questionable.
