Probably worst company I have worked for

Pros

If you like to "act your wage" you can stay here forever. Lots of people who do almost nothing for years and don't get fired

Cons

Compensation. False promises. Management will promise salary increase in next review and will not deliver. C-Level management is from Germany and doesn't give a damn about US employees

-Great benefits! Full coverage for anything you may need, and the 500$ fitness reimbursement is amazing. -Fully remote during COVID -Respectful employees and culture

Cons

-Admin work is very draining -You aren't valued the same way as creatives -Salary is low for the amount of work you are expected to do -Low employee morale as you have to fight to get promoted in the way you deserve
