Pros

The best thing about working there is the customers. That's the only positive I have of that place.

Cons

Over worked never appreciated no help from DM no day off in months and when you stand up for yourself they make you an outcast and start to replace you.

They give you all the water you can drink at the corporate office. Also reward people that do a good job and are hard workers with the work that the lazy and incompetent workers could not get done.

Cons

Low yearly raises, only managers and above get bonuses, expect you to work more than 40 hours per week, toxic environment, cobra insurance is better than what they offer, vacay time is pretty poor also, Have way to many executive officers.
